Now you are in the Balasana posture. Relax the whole body and take long breaths in and out. Join the fingers of both hands tightly together. You have to support your head by placing it between them. Now place the head gently between both the palms. Keep breathing normal. You can do Balasana for 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
