Makhana Uttapam Ingredients:

Makhana 1/2 cup, semolina 1/2 cup, poha 1/2 cup, curd 1/2 cup, water, salt, green chillies, ginger. Eno, coriander, Eno fruit salt, all vegetables capsicum, corn, tomato, coriander, paneer

Makhana Uttapam Recipe:

First step: To make Makhana Uttapam, take a big bowl and add half cup makhana, half cup semolina, half cup poha and half cup curd in it. Mix all these ingredients well. After this, add half a glass of water to it and mix it once again and keep it like this for 5 minutes.

Second step: After 5 minutes, add a piece of ginger, 2 chillies, salt according to taste, Eno and half a teaspoon of fruit salt. Now put all these ingredients in a blender jar and grind them finely. Your batter is ready, now put it in a bowl and keep it for 15 minutes.
