Falling in Love with Great Guana Cay

As they explored the Abaco Islands, Norvell and Mark developed a deep affection for Great Guana Cay. The allure of its pristine shores and tranquil atmosphere captured their hearts, igniting a dream of someday making it their home.

Their dream began to take shape when they stumbled upon an area of interest during one of their visits. Intrigued by the possibility of owning a piece of this paradise, they embarked on a journey to turn their vision into reality.

Building Their Oasis

In 2003, after negotiations and careful planning, Norvell and Mark purchased an acre of land on Great Guana Cay. Despite the challenges of coordinating the build from afar, they poured their hearts and souls into creating their two-bedroom, two-bathroom oasis.

Navigating the complexities of construction while balancing full-time jobs was no easy feat. Yet, their dedication and perseverance saw them through, culminating in the completion of their home in 2006.
