Arrests Made After Tear Gas Incident at Hollywood Protest

Last Friday, law enforcement officers apprehended and booked three individuals in connection with the unauthorized use of tear gas at a protest outside a Hollywood restaurant located in the 5900 block of Franklin Avenue. Details of the Arrest
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) became aware of the incident when two victims arrived at the Hollywood station and reported their citizens’ arrest of two of the suspects, identified as Daniel Villeda Gonzalez and Kamrin Ivone. Subsequently, officers proceeded to the scene, where they took Gonzalez and Ivone into custody. Additionally, a witness alerted officers to another individual, Scott Hochstetter, who allegedly assaulted someone during the protest. Hochstetter was subsequently apprehended by law enforcement officers.
