After the marriage of Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, there was a ruckus in Kushinagar, UP. A youth of a particular class posted an objectionable post on social media after Sonakshi Sinha’s marriage to Zaheer Iqbal. After which the youth of the village blocked the intersection and raised slogans and started demanding action against the accused youth. After which the police have detained a youth named Sarwar Siddiqui.
Actually, the whole matter is of Ahirauli Raja village of Kasya police station. Sarwar Siddiqui, a resident of where, posted a post on social media targeting a particular class. Which went viral rapidly. After this, the youth of the village got angry and blocked the Kasya road to arrest Sarwar. As soon as the information was received, the police also reached the spot and after a lot of effort, got the jam cleared by persuading them. The police have taken the accused Sarwar Siddiqui into custody.
Inspector in-charge Girijesh Upadhyay said that the atmosphere in the village had become tense due to a controversial post on social media. People have been pacified by explaining things to them. A case has been registered against the accused under IT Act and other sections and he is being taken to court.
