Shedding light on his conspicuous absence from the grand stage, the luminary disclosed his newfound penchant for discerning roles.
Within the realm of Indian cinema, Arjun’s most recent appearance was in ‘Dhaakad’, portraying the menacing antagonist pitted against Kangana Ranaut’s portrayal of Agent Agni.
In this latest endeavor, Arjun finds himself in a clash of titans opposite Vidyut Jammwal in ‘Crakk’, embodying the role of a formidable adversary. The ensemble cast also includes Nora Fatehi and Amy Jackson.
During an interaction with the press on a recent Friday regarding his “resurgence” in Hindi cinema, the ‘Rock On!!’ luminary articulated, “I have never truly departed; my presence has remained constant. However, I exercise discernment in selecting my projects, mindful of the repercussions of impulsive decisions. It is imperative to me that my work resonates with the audience, necessitating full immersion in the script and character to deliver a compelling performance.”
Furthermore, he deliberated on his portrayal of the antagonist in his upcoming venture, expressing, “An antagonist, too, is a complex entity, imbued with emotions and intricacies, each harboring a breaking point. Delving into these depths is paramount for me. I invested considerable time with the team, delving into the character’s ethos. I am gratified by the outcome and hopeful that the audience will embrace both the film and my portrayal.”
